Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. offers in-home CNA, PCA, and caregiver positions in Gretna, VA, with flexible full- and part-time shifts including days, nights and weekends. Earn a $500 referral bonus and join a supportive, client-driven team focused on lifting up each community served.

We provide paid in-service training, ongoing nursing support, and opportunities to grow within one of the region’s largest private home care providers. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients in Gretna, VA and surrounding areas.
• Assist with CNA/PCA tasks following care plans and client needs.
• Support nursing team with coordinated care when needed.
