Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking CNAs, PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care in Franklin, VA and nearby communities. Full- and part-time shifts are available, with days, nights and weekends, and schedules built around you.

We offer in-service training, performance bonuses, a $500 referral bonus, and a culture of support with nursing clinical backup. Care Advantage has nearly 40 years of experience and is one of the region's largest privately owned home care companies.
