The Orchards at Lapeer in Lapeer, MI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health conditions with staff, and help with feeding, hygiene, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.

This on-site role requires a current CNA certification, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to follow care plans and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities to support residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, and hydration.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe Residents and report health changes to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist Feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies.
