Patient First is seeking a Nursing Assistant with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our center network. You will assist Nurses and Physicians, triage patients, perform vital sign measurements, and help prepare patients for exams and treatments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum typing experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Ability to hear pages, bells, and phone system.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time (possibly 4 to 7 hours at a time).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to attend scheduled CPR classes and code drills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsabilités

• Locate patients, triage and assess medical condition.
• Obtain accurate vital signs by visual and auditory measures.
• Use electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Order labs, X-ray, and medical supplies as directed.
• Assist Nurses and Physicians with patient care and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas and patient rooms.
