Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and basic care in our senior living communities. A STNA/CNA certification is preferred, with opportunities to advance into Medication Technicians (QMAP), Home Care Aides and Nurses.

You will work as part of a supportive team, providing compassionate care, ensuring safety, and contributing to residents' wellbeing while enjoying benefited compensation packages.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or in progress.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) credential preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining, and observe wellbeing during shifts.
• Perform vital signs and basic clinical procedures per policy.
• Support community management to ensure quality resident care.
