Job summary

Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Part-Time NOC shift to provide essential hands-on care and support to residents with dignity and comfort. What You'll Do:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and personal preferences are respected
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team
• Promoting a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and families
