Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily activities and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity under supervision of a nurse.

You will follow care plans, document vitals, and maintain infection control standards in a team environment. The role requires completion of a state CNA program, active Illinois CNA registry, CPR certification, and strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry.
• Hold or obtain a valid CPR certification.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Possess a service orientation.
• Must have the ability to work individually and as team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and assist residents in ADL’s.
• Follow plan of care as outlined in residents individual care plan.
• Document plan of care as required; vitals, weights, I&O, etc. as outlined by the nursing department.
• Practice proper infection control protocols.
• Maintain residents’ room clean and free of clutter; provide transportation to activities and meals as required.
• Report all concerns or complaints to the appropriate person.
