1. Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of GA.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

1. Personal Hygiene
2. Ambulation/Transfers
3. Dressing/Shaving
4. Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
5. Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
6. Performs light housekeeping activities

Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):

1. Providing hospice supportive care
2. Medication reminders
3. Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
4. Assisting with blood glucose monitoring
5. Care of bed-bound patients
6. Incontinence care
7. Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

1. Hoyer lift
2. Personal care
3. Range of Motion Exercises
4. Foley care
5. Companionship
6. Light cleaning
