Professional Care Match is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides, HHAs, CNAs and PSS to join our home-based care team in Massachusetts, including the Hyannis area. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor health while following established care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Introduction:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Caregivers, HHAs, CNAs and PSS to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, and providing companionship and support.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
