Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Galena KS is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate home-based care and support. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities to help clients maintain independence at home.

Responsibilities also cover meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and mobility assistance. A valid KS CNA license, driver’s license, and vehicle with insurance are required, along with fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background/drug

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be lcertified CNA in KS.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
