Job summary

Hopedale Medical Complex in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for our Nursing Home team. You will provide hands-on resident care under the supervision of an RN or LPN, support daily living activities, and uphold the dignity and safety of residents.

Cross-training and occasional floating to the Hospital and Commons Assisted Living Facility may be required based on resident care needs and staffing. We offer comprehensive benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff in providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
• Provide direct care under the supervision of an RN or LPN while maintaining resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Protect resident privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance.

• Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
