Job summary

Visiting Angels of Fayetteville is seeking a compassionate CNA Nurse Aide to provide in-home care for clients across Fayetteville and surrounding towns. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and dignity.

We value reliable transportation, strong communication, and a desire to help others. Training opportunities are available to enhance skills in dementia and Alzheimer’s care within a leading network for at-home care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated driving eligibility and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• First Aid and emergency response training provided if needed.
• Good time-management and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to perform housekeeping and cooking tasks.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation at home and during errands.
