As a CNA Nurse Aide, you’ll support wellness and personal care according to care plans, delivering compassionate, reliable companionship and practical assistance in homes.

Responsibilities include helping with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and emergency reporting, with training offered in dementia/alzheimer’s

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• First Aid and emergency response training provided if needed.
• Reliable transportation to client homes during scheduled care times.
• Able to perform housekeeping and cooking tasks with dietary constraints adherence.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (e.g., background check).

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical activity, walks, and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
