Job summary

Lakeport Post Acute is seeking caring, dependable CNAs to join our compassionate healthcare team in Lakeport, CA. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call positions with shifts including nights, and pay ranging from $21 to $25 per hour, DOE. A California CNA certification is required.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health changes, document care, and collaborate with nurses to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA Certification required.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
