Job summary

PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®) Emporia Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care under the resident’s plan of care. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a weekend differential under our Premium Pay Plan, plus additional pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care per their plan of care.
• Reflect resident-first values and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily nursing care to residents as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitoring as needed.
• Support a home-like environment that respects resident dignity.

A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing residentswithroutine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment and plan of care, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. Reflects the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the residents’ home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE And/or TRAINING

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
