Job summary

Starr Regional Medical Center-Etowah Campus is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our nursing team on the night shift. You will provide direct patient care, assist with bathing, feeding and mobility, monitor vitals, and support nurses to ensure a safe, compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire.
• CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Assisting nursing staff with vital signs, specimen collection, and routine observations and report changes in patient condition promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Supporting patient mobility and safety using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Documenting care provided in accordance with department standards.
