Job summary

Tradewater Health and Rehab is seeking dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate care to our residents. We offer day and night shifts, full-time, part-time or PRN options, and a supportive team environment.

As a CNA, you will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a safe, clean facility. We value reliability, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
• Accurately document care provided
