Job summary

NHC HealthCare Somerville is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients during the overnight shift.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with a $2,750 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time partners. The full-time night shift runs 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for training and advancement within our geriatric care facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate care to geriatric patients.
• Willingness to be trained for CNA duties as needed.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling Options: Flexible scheduling and block scheduling available
• Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred, but we are happy to train candidates who have a heart for service
