Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift. The role requires an active Missouri CNA license and current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities include resident preparation for therapies, prompt call light responses, hygiene assistance, and safe transport for activities. The facility emphasizes teamwork and offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA license in the state of Missouri.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc., to include transporting residents to/from such activities.
• Answer residents' call lights promptly.
• Attend in-service educational programs, on the job training programs and meetings as directed.
• Assist residents with proper hygiene
• Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with established facility procedures (encourage showers and other self-help measures/activities).
• Follow infection control procedures in accordance with established facility policy when isolation techniques are necessary.
• Chart required information very shift.
• Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adheres to Company Standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
