Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to infection control protocols.
• Serve meals and assist patients with eating and drinking as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Respect patients' privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with nurses and doctors to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patients' activities, treatments, and responses to care timely.
