Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high‑quality direct daily care to tenants under supervision. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and support a safe, compassionate care environment in a multisite setting.

The ideal candidate holds Minnesota CNA certification, communicates clearly in English, and is committed to promoting residents’ quality of life while collaborating with the care team and supervising

Qualifications

• Must be currently certified and listed on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision of licensed staff and within the plan of care.
• Support tenants to maintain independence and participate in activities while ensuring safety and well‑being.
