Job summary

Right at Home Palm Coast is seeking a reliable CNA for ongoing 12-hour day shifts in Palm Coast, FL. The caregiver will assist with personal care, transfers, and mobility exercises, especially for clients with dementia.

Applicants must hold an active CNA license or HHA certificate, CPR, TB or chest X-ray, Level 2 background screening, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. This is a full-time, on-site home-care position.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or HHA certificate is required.
• Experience with dementia care is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification and Level 2 Background Screening are required.
• TB or chest X-ray and CEUs are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, transfers and mobility needs.
• Support with range-of-motion exercises and incontinence care.
• Provide 12-hour day shift coverage and document observations.
• Communicate with the supervising team about client needs.
