Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide high-quality personal care to clients in their homes across Virginia. Join our team as a CNA, NA, or PCA and help clients with daily activities and health monitoring.

We offer flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN), weekly pay, and benefits for full-time staff. Training and PPE are provided to support your success in delivering meaningful care.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required (online training available for PCA).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
