Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide in-home personal care with compassion and reliability.

Receive flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules, weekly pay (up to 40 hrs), benefits with FT, on-going training, PPE provided, and referral bonuses. Virginia transportation and essential documents required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant (NA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card & 2 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
