Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living’s The Retreat at Canton is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to join our team at the Canton, GA community. This role focuses on providing compassionate, hands-on care to a consistent group of residents and families in assisted living and memory care settings.

The Resident Care Associate reports to the Family Experience Director or Assistant Family Experience Director. Full- and part-time positions are available, with Mon-Fri shifts and every-other-weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform caregiving tasks.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care per Personalized Service Plan (PSP).
• Maintain hydration schedule for residents during shift.
• Assist with resident meals, including room service when needed.
• Ensure resident rights, dignity, and safety are upheld at all times.
• Respond to security/call bells promptly and take appropriate action.
