Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care for our residents in a supportive community setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health and wellness, and work closely with the care team to maintain a comforting and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with current state certification.
• Experience providing personal care and daily living assistance.
• Ability to monitor residents and take vital signs as directed.

Responsibilities

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
