Job summary

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a CNA/Care Partner for Per Diem Evening shifts in Santa Rosa, CA. Under RN or LVN supervision, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice and support the care team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

Ideal candidates hold a CA Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS CPR certification, with 4 hours of Care Partner training and prior healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• CA Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• BLS CPR Certification from American Heart Association required.
• Completion of 4 hours Care Partner training.
• Healthcare experience in a training program or work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN or LVN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine tasks.
• Document patient information and report changes to the care team.

CNA - Medical Surgical at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour Evening shifts.

Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA/Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System – Greater Sonoma County.
• Upon hire: California Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intensive Care Nursery (ICN): Level II or III ICN experience.
