Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a CNA for the Medical Surgical 2C Ortho unit in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a part-time, 8-hour night shift position. Under the supervision of an RN/LVN, you will provide direct patient care within your scope of practice.

• Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice under RN or LVN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Follow hospital policies and safety protocols while delivering care.

Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA/Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System – Greater Sonoma County.


• Upon hire: California Nursing Assistant Certification License


• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association


• Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intensive Care Nursery (ICN): Level II or III ICN experience.
