Job summary

Providence is hiring a CNA in Missoula, MT to support nursing staff and help provide safe, quiet, clean environment for care delivery. The CNA will perform tasks per RN direction and maintain patient comfort and safety during night shifts.

Description

The CNA performs assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed by the RN. The CNA supports nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients and assists with providing a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment for nursing care delivery.


Required Qualifications:


  • Upon hire: Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License


  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association


  • Successful completion of an orientation program and a minimum of 6 months of CNA experience



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Coursework/Training: CNA certification in Montana through completion of a CNA training course/program or


  • CNA certification through successfully challenging the Montana State CNA exam to obtain CNA certification (no course required)

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
