MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Med/Surg/Ortho unit on days with 0.9 FTE and a 3-12's schedule, rotating weekends and holidays. The position emphasizes high-quality patient care, teamwork, and compassionate service.

The CNA will support diverse patient needs, advocate for patient autonomy and dignity, and contribute to a safe, caring environment for patients and families. Washington CNA license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA license
• Current BLS Certification
• One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred

Responsibilities

• You will manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients
• You will support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• You will create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
