Job summary

Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a HumanGood community, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Health Center team in a small 20-bed skilled nursing unit.

As a CNA, you will support residents with daily living, follow the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care, and help maintain a safe environment while maximizing independence. CPR is required and new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily care.
• Provide compassionate, Person-Directed Care in a 20-bed skilled nursing unit.
