Qualifications

• Georgia CNA Certification required.
• Experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred or willing to train newly certified CNAs.
• Experience in Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork with LPN and CNA partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting preferred).
