Qualifications

• Must possess a license as a certified nursing assistant.
• Must possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Support medical staff in administering care to patients.
• Help patients bathe, maintain hygiene, feed, provide continence care, and monitor vital signs.
• Other duties may be assigned by Nurse Management or NHA.
