Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff.
• Support comfort, safety, and dignity in all interactions.
• Measure and document basic vital signs as directed.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding support when needed.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked care areas.
• Follow care plans, facility procedures, and infection control guidelines.
• Provide courteous and respectful communication to residents, patients, families, and team members.
