Scott Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents in a non-profit, mission-driven setting. You’ll work with a supportive team and receive recognition for your essential service.

Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus weekly pay and a robust benefits package that supports your health and finances.

Qualificações

• CNA certification required (GA or eligible).
• Heart for service and compassion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable with commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
