Job summary

Rose Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/GNA) to provide hands-on resident care in Durham, NC, across full-time, part-time, and all shift options. New grads are welcome, and you will work closely with the nursing team to support daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and uphold safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/GNA certification in NC.
• Clear communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Support residents emotionally and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Follow care plans, infection control practices, and facility policies.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care team members.
