Heritage Inn Barnesville is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will support daily living activities, maintain dignity, and work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($18.71–$21.00) with shift differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligible.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with compassion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
