Elk Valley, a part of LHC Group, is seeking a Per Diem CNA in Madison, TN to provide compassionate in-home personal care and support daily living activities. You will help with bathing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders while maintaining client safety and dignity.

The role requires 75 hours of training (TN) with 16 clinical hours within the first 3 months and prefers CPR certification, 6+ months’ home care experience, and flexible, independent work. Hourly pay ranges from $13 to $20.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

As the Per Diem Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

Required Qualification:

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit

State-Specific Requirements

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
