Job summary

Glen Haven Huntersville LLC in Huntersville, NC is seeking a CNA or PCA for a second shift at a luxury 6-bed assisted living facility. Pay range $18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with bathing, grooming, mobility; monitor and document status; administer medications following MAR; and communicate with care teams and families. You will work with a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Fully trained and cleared to administer medications in NC adult/family care home.
• Current NC CNA certification or active PCA training with med-aide qualification.
• Minimum 2 years direct personal care experience with older adults.
• Memory care experience preferred; ability to follow care plans and MAR.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers per care plan.
• Support a calm daily routine; offer companionship and engage in simple activities.
• Monitor status, document care, report changes promptly per policy.
• Administer medications safely; follow MAR and five rights; document issues.
