Overview

Job Summary: Provides vital support to both patients and nurses. From transporting, assistance with daily living activities, medication assistance, and safety checks. Helps oversee the safety of our occupants and facilitates social-emotional support, enhance occupant outcomes.

Experience

• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Previous working knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) EMR.

Age

Age: Minimum of 18 years of age.

Education and Training

Education and Training: High school diploma or GED required

Licensures/ Certifications & Other Requirements

• Current Washington State Certified Nursing in good standing
• Current CPR & 1st Aide Certification
• Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants required
• Certification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training required or contracted for less than 120 days
• Initiate the WA State name and date of birth and national fingerprint Criminal Background checks upon start date with our facility.
• N95 mask fitting using our approved masks
• TB Testing required as stipulated in WAC 388-78A
• 3 references needed
