McKenzie Health in Watford City, ND is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for long-term care to support residents with daily living activities and coordinate meals and care tasks. You will document intake, monitor weight and skin condition, assist with transfers, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requires a High school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification in good standing, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be a supportive team member and able to work harmoniously with staff.
• Must be able to relay information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Coordinate dining room services and meal tray delivery.
• Document meal intake and weight changes; report to nurse.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and use of lifting equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards.
