Job summary

CommonSpirit Health Philanthropy is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support patient care under RN direction at St. Francis Nursing Home. You will provide basic care, assist with meals, transfers, vital signs, and contribute to the plan of care as part of an interdisciplinary team, upholding compassionate, high-quality service.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires who meet eligibility. Required CNA certification, BLS/CPR, and related eligibility criteria.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• CNA: Minnesota license or eligibility within 120 days (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Fulfills basic quality of life needs for residents.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to patient needs.
• Assist with meals, serve meals, and help feed patients.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration, SaO2).
• Make beds and keep patient rooms clean and comfortable.
• Assist with ambulation, turning and positioning of patients.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being. • Fulfills basic quality of life needs for residents

We are offering a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
