Job summary

Vi Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support licensed care staff in performing a range of clinical and daily living tasks for residents at Vi. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining/tray services, escorts, and taking vital signs and weights, while contributing to quality improvement efforts.

Qualified candidates must have current state CNA certification and relevant experience; CPR/AED and First Aid are required, with food

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess current state certification and experience.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• As CNA you will assist licensed staff in performing tasks for assigned residents, including ADLs, light housekeeping, dining/tray services, escort services, vital signs and weights, and other care duties.
• You will participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and notify changes in resident condition.
