Job summary

Vi Living, located near Palo Alto, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will support licensed staff, assist residents with daily living, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

As a CNA, you will participate in care plans, monitor residents, and contribute to quality assessment activities while delivering respectful, person-centered care to geriatric residents.

Qualifications

• Current state certification and relevant experience required.
• Experience working with geriatric clients preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications required.
• Current First Aid certification required or must be willing to become First Aid certified.
• Food handlers certification and CMA certification where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff in daily living activities, light housekeeping, dining service, escort services, vital signs, and weights, plus other care duties.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and notify changes in residents' conditions.
