Job summary
Atrium Centers is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a team-focused environment. This full-time opportunity spans any shift, with a strong emphasis on following approved care plans, infection control, and thorough documentation.
Ideal candidates will hold a CNA license, complete CNA/STNA certification, and demonstrate excellent communication and attendance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, tuition
Qualifications
- Current CNA license and state certification.
- Completion of CNA/STNA course with certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-minded approach and eagerness to learn.
- Positive attitude with excellent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
- Follow and practice infection control procedures.
- Complete required documentation, including vitals.
- Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
