Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists residents in bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.
• Assists residents to dining area for meals and documents nourishment intake.
• Documents patient status and notifies nurse of changes in condition.
• Provides range of motion exercises for residents.
• Takes vital signs and records health information as needed.
