Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is hiring for a part-time weekend caregiver role in Utah. The position offers $21 per hour or more, with mileage provided to staff for home visits. You will assist patients with daily activities, maintain a clean environment, and document patient status for case managers.

Applicants should hold an active Utah CNA license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Prior home health and KanTime EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA licensure in Utah
• CPR certification must be current
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility
• Current driver’s license and access to patient homes
• Experience in Home Health preferred
• Familiarity with KanTime Mobile / EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding and mobility
• Provide a clean environment for patients
• Charting and documentation of patient status, reporting changes to case manager
