BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes, including a Cerebral Palsy HOYER case in Aiken, SC. This ACSP role emphasizes personal care, household support, and companionship within BAYADA's mission-driven home health program.

Caregivers provide hands-on assistance, follow a nurse's plan of care, and work in Richland and Lexington County areas. BAYADA offers training, flexibility, and a supportive team focused on excellent patient-care

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in caregiving.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care following a written plan of care.
• Assist with household tasks and companionship in the home.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Range of motion exercises and mobility assistance.
• Assist with transfers and use of lifting devices.
• Medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Vital signs checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
