Competitive wages up to $26.50 per hour, plus shift differentials: $3 on 2nd shift weekdays and $2 weekends for 1st/3rd shifts, plus tuition reimbursement and discounts with Capella University.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Patient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, fostering independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other caregivers to deliver resident care.
