Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident‑focused team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for our 174‑bed center.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or required as applicable.
• Experience with elderly residents is advantageous.
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents and advocate for their needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and observe safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans.
